How to report storm damage in Harris County after severe weather

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas — Did you have any damage from Saturday’s severe weather in Harris County? The Harris County Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management wants to know about it.
They’ve set up an online form through the Individual State of Texas Assessment Tool to help assess the extent of property damage in the region. The form is available in both English and Spanish.
The form will ask you several things, like whether the damage was to a residence or business, where the property is located, whether you have insurance, and whether you need cleanup assistance, among other things. You will also be asked to submit clear photos of the damage you are reporting.
📢 ATTENTION | If you were impacted by yesterday’s storms, please take some time to complete the damage assessment survey. Your input helps identify the recovery support needed by the community.
